It's Taco Tuesday!

It's Taco Tuesday and there is no better way to enjoy the tastiness of Tacos and the warm comfort of a homemade soup. Now you can with this tasty Taco Soup!


Ingredients:


* 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder

* 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder

* 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper

* 1/2 Tsp. Cumin, Ground

* 1/2 Tsp. Nutritional Yeast

* 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

* 1/2 Tsp. Parsley, Dried

* 1/2 Tsp. Oregano, Dried

* 1 Can (14 oz.) Crushed Organic Tomatoes

* 1 Can (14 - 19 oz.) Organic Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed

* 1 Can 14 - 19 oz.) Organic Golden Corn

* 1 Lime, Freshly Squeezed


Instructions:


Combine 8 cups of water (or organic vegetable broth) with the aforementioned spices. Stir until well mixed and then bring to a boil. Next, stir in the can of tomatoes and return mixture to a boil.


Reduce heat to medium, and add the cans of black beans and corn.


Simmer for at least 5- 10 minutes, uncovered.


Pour immediately into serving dishes and top with optional diced avocado, sprouts, freshly squeezed lime juice, etc.
