Overnight Oats!

As we all know, a healthy outside starts from the inside.

Healthy Food = Healthy Life.

What better way to start off your day, than with Overnight Oats?! These rich Chocolate Oats are the perfect compliment to satisfy your sweet tooth, yet they keep you satisfied for hours!

For this crafty creation, mix together the following:

* 1/2 Cup Oats (or steel-cut oats)

* 1 Scoop Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder

* 1/8 Cup Flax Meal

* 3/4 Cup Almond Milk (or dairy-free beverage)

Mix together this concoction and let it sit for a few hours, or even overnight (preferred).

In the morning, top with chopped Strawberries, or other fresh fruits and 1/8 Cup of Cashews (or other nuts).

This breakfast is a great combination of protein, healthy fats, and carbohydrates. It will keep you satisfied for hours and regulate your blood sugars accordingly.
