Two-Ingredient Bagels!

It’s Try-Something-New-Tuesday and these Two-Ingredients Bagels are worth all of the hype!

If you’re like most families and you don’t have a ton of time to spend in the kitchen, yet want to feed your family healthy, unprocessed foods, these two-ingredient bagels are a must try!!

From start to finish in less than 25 minutes, you can have these delightful little bagels for breakfast, lunch, or anytime!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Almond Flour (or Oat Flour works great as well)

  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or Coconut Yogurt if you want a sweeter bread)

Recipe:

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

  • Add the Almond Flour and Yogurt to a bowl and mix until evenly combined. (This part gives me awesome chemistry experiment vibes - it's neat how this dough comes together).

  • Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes.

  • Roll into a 'log' shape and slice into approximately 6 sections. Then, shape each section into a Bagel, poke a hole through the center of the dough, and place on a baking sheet.

  • If you want that 'golden glow' to your Bagel, you may add an optional egg wash (literally beat one egg in a glass container) and brush onto the top of the Bagel.

  • If you want various flavors for your Bagels you can use "Everything Bagel Seasoning," Dill, Dehydrated Onions, Poppy Seeds, other small dehydrated veggies, etc.

  • Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, check on them, turn the pan around in the oven for even baking and return to the oven for 7-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and they easily lift off the pan with a spatula.

  • Enjoy fresh out of the oven, or cool and savor with your favorite spread.
