Melted Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats!

It’s Make-Something-Monday!


We love experimenting in the kitchen and these Overnight Oats far exceeded our expectations! With all of the tastiness of a Pumpkin Spice Latte, but without the added sugars, colors, and chemicals, this breakfast is sure to delight the whole family!


Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Organic Gluten-Free Oats

1/2 Cup Almond Milk

1/2 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

2 Tablespoons Organic Pumpkin Puree

1 Tsp. Organic Chia Seeds

1 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg

1 Dollop Coconut Cream (optional)


Instructions:


Place all of the aforementioned ingredients in a container, mix well, then place the sealed container in the refrigerator overnight.


In the morning, spoon into serving dishes, top with Coconut Cream (optional), more spices, etc. and enjoy!
