Banana Bagel Sandwiches

“What’s the deal banana peel?”

If the dreaded task of packing lunches has already become monotonous for your family, don’t worry! 

You must try out these Banana Bagel Sandwiches.

Simply take a mini sprouted bagel and split it in half (we used Alvarado Street Bakery brand).

Smear your favorite nut-butter/nut-free butter of choice onto the bagel (our kids will eat anything from Peanut Butter, Almond Butter, and Cashew Butter to Sun-Butter).

Thinly slice a banana and place the rounds on top of the spread, then sprinkle with Cinnamon.

Top with the remaining bagel half, if placing in a lunch box, or simply eat open-faced.
