Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats!

The temperatures are becoming cooler, sweater weather is right around the corner & we can’t help but invite all of the vibrant tastes and smells of Autumn into our homes!


These Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats did just the trick for us today. With the savory smell of cinnamon and crunch of crisp apples, this recipe will see us all the way until Spring!


Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Organic Gluten-Free Oats

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

3/4 Cup Apples, peeled and diced

1 Tsp. Chia Seeds

1/2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg


Instructions:


Place all of the aforementioned ingredients in a container, mix well, then place the sealed container in the refrigerator overnight.


In the morning, spoon into serving dish, top with fresh apples, more spices if desired, and enjoy!
