It's National Chocolate Ice Cream Day and with the rising summer temperatures, I don't think we need any excuse to partake in some sweet, delicious chocolate ice cream today or any day. With how clean our homemade Chocolate Ice Cream recipe is, we are even okay with our kiddos eating this for breakfast!
So simple and satisfying, try this clean alternative to the typically sugary treat.
In a high-speed blender, mix together the following:
* 2 Organic Bananas, Frozen
* 1 Scoop of Organic Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
* 2 Tablespoons of All Natural Peanut Butter (optional, but it adds thickness)
* Splash of Unsweetened Almond Milk (just enough for the blender blades to turn)
(Sprinkle of Pink Himalayan Salt - optional)
Scoop into your favorite serving dish and enjoy!
