Pomegranate Protein Pudding!

It’s beginning to taste a lot like Christmas.

If you’re loving the tastes of Christmas as much as our family is, then you’re excited about pomegranates and the amazing health benefits they offer.

Our family loves them sprinkled on just about everything and they can add that extra juicy crunch any dish would want.


To make this delicious protein-packed punch of antioxidants, simply mix together the following:


1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt (Almond Yogurt or Greek Yogurt, if not Vegan)

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds (or Flax Seed, or both combined together)

1/2 Tsp. Pure Vanilla

1 Scoop of Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder


Once this mixture is blended well, top it with pomegranate pieces and enjoy!
