Power Up Your Day!

With this crazy hot/humid weather, some nights it’s easier to just drink our calories than eat them (um, hello margaritas)!

In all sincerity though, it’s crazy how many calories we can drink throughout the day, so let’s make the ones we do drink, count!

This super refreshing smoothie is great for any time of the day and can curb any sweet cravings that may arise.

Simply mix together:

* A few ice cubes

* 1 cup of spinach

* 1/2 banana

* Coffee grounds or 8 oz. of brewed coffee

* Flax seeds (approximately 1/8 cup)

* 1 scoop of Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder

* Dairy-Free Milk of choice (like Almond Milk)

Blend together until smooth. Enjoy!
